Disabled people in the Netherlands receive a yearly grant that they can spend any way they like. Many spend it on visits with sex workers. I saw a report on TV many years ago about this. A few years ago I was going through a bout of constipation (caused by Gaviscon that I had been taking that week for gastritis because I ate something too spicy).
