Standard disclaimer on SP sites?

I was discussing with a friend today about SP website content etc... what makes a good site, what a site should and should not have etc and topic of disclaimer came up. He says to me he has looked at a few sites and never seen any except those that mention age and do not enter if under 18. However I am sure I have seen more then a few with a disclaimer that states all $$ exchanges are for time only and anything else is not implied or agreed to except $$ is for time only... blah, blah if something should happen between two consenting adults that is a natural occurance of events and has nothing to do with $$ exchange. So he asks me to show him a sample. Low and behold we cruise through about a dozen agency and indy websites and I could not find any. So my question is are SP sites suddenly not posting such disclaimers anymore? And now I MUST find one to show my friend cause he says he has never seen one and I said I have seen dozens. Of course it's the old story when you go looking can't find... but I neeeed to find an example or two or my friend gets the last laugh and I cannot allow that.

Help.
