I remember the night Phil Esposito decided to start a fight with Stan. Totally had his clock cleaned. One of the all time one sided beat downs in history.I still remember the Jonathan-Bouchard fight. Stan was wearing a helmet, Bouchard was not and Pierre's fists kept bouncing off that damn helmet. Does anybody have the video?
I have no idea who Wensink is, but I lived in Montreal during Lupien's stint in Montreal. He was a dog, sort of like Rafael Araujo from the Raptors, big and slow.Jonathan could actually play hockey, good defensive player, unlike Lupien and Wensink.
Here it is.

Cherry just worshipped guys like Jonathan, Wensink, O'Reilly, Cashman, etc.I met Stan Jonathan once for a brief moment, nice guy, but he is tough. You could see that he could take care of himself.
He is from Six Nations near Hamilton.
John Winsink was a player Cherry discovered in the A and brought him to the NHL when the Bruins hired him to coach.
Winsink was one of the toughest guys to ever play hockey, was not much of a skater, but he could do the job he signed for.
They were Orr's bodyguards but Bobby was more than capable of takling care opf himself.Cherry just worshipped guys like Jonathan, Wensink, O'Reilly, Cashman, etc.
Yes, it was a hunting accident. The victim was shot dead and Stan has serious charges and potential consequences ahead of him.
Did he do it on purpose?Out of season, firing a rifle at something/someone you cannot see, is a hunting accident?
He fired the gun on purpose.Did he do it on purpose?
Essentially all hunters fire their gun on purpose. The "at someone" is to be determined in court and not by you.He fired the gun on purpose.
At something/someone not in his hunting (illegally) party.
400 yards away is sniper with a scope territory.the other hunter was approximately 400 yards away .
The incident happened on the reserve - the only "seasons" are likely set by the Band.Out of season, firing a rifle at something/someone you cannot see, is a hunting accident?
The victim was bow hunting - you don't have to wear orange.Reports also indicated that the deceased may not have been wearing a safety/warning vest.
There are strict rules surrounding hunting including the use of certain weapons and the safety gear procedures associated with the sport. But I am not too sure if there are separate rules or if the Provincial rules apply to Native Canadian land.
CBC is broadcasting the entire game to-night. Johnathan and Bouchard already had their fight. Was Orr already retired by 1978?Jonathan could actually play hockey, good defensive player, unlike Lupien and Wensink.
