There have often been discussions about service providers (and hobbyists) who arrive late or not at all. However, I do not remember any discussions about escorts who arrive early.
The last three times that I have seen an escort on an outcall basis, they have arrived anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes earlier than agreed. Each of these times it has not been a real problem for me, but I can imagine a senario when it could.
As I have noted in previous posts, I only hobby when I am out of town on business. Therefore, all my outcall visits are in hotels. However, I also always carry extensive work to do in the room (I travel with a laptop). However, when I see an escort in my room, I always want to put away my work. If the service provider arrives before I am ready, I really have a problem, but I certainly am not going to keep a lady standing in the hallway - very unclassy and risks both her discretion and my discretion.
Two other problems, one of which is that I like to schedule the appointment and then get ready. This usually (98% of the time) taking a shower, shaving, brushing the teeth and changing clothes plus getting a soft drink for us. All this takes time and if the escort arrives early I am afraid that I might not be ready.
My final probelm is that I talk on the telephone with my wife every night when I travel. I try and schedule the appointments around the times I talk with her. I would not want a knock on the door while I was talking to her. I try to avoid the old Hank the Duece (Henry Ford II) situation of "never complain, never explain" and I do not want any explaining to my wife.
A side note to those who might say I am hiding something from my wife; we have been married 27+ years but my wife decided 2+ years ago that sex in any form was not necessary. However, I do not want to hurt her and what I do will only hurt her if she finds out - and I do not want her to find out.
