Just need help in understandind Why a SP would put musical Background of any kind on their Website?
I mean I look at it That Way (and that point was also stressed by a member in another Thread) :

I open it at Work : Music Starts and My Nosy colleague comes and is now curious..."what is it?" "you know you're not supposed to be on the internet...blablabla..." BUSTED !!

I open it at Home : Music Starts and My wife comes over "wow, which site can I listen music From? Where did you get this Cool Sample?" BUSTED !!

Please help me understand the rationale behind that ?
More exciting for the reader?

It can create some problems for sure! The music is supposed to create a certain atmosphere, but comes off as corny to me. I just turn off the volume when surfing these sites.

The sites of the semi pro football teams in my league are even worse. It's so loud and repetitive, that I have to leave the site pronto.
