Bored silly...so lets talk supplements.

I like to gobble supplements like its going out of style. What about you guys?

Over the last few years I have found these to be the most effective supplements to use;

Sorted by "fitness goal"

Fat Loss Oral

Sans Tight: Yohimbe/Synephrine/Guggul/caffeine
Lipo 6: Same as above but different delivery system
Ephedrine: Stacked with Caffeine and Aspirin
Guggul: on its own. Optimizes thyroid operation

Fat Loss Topical

Yohimburn: promotes burning of the brown (stubborn) fat
Thiomucase: absolute hogwash
Cutting Gel: Scam

Muscle Gain

Creatine: They just keep getting better Xpand and NOExplode
Meal Replacements: IMHO pretty much all similar but lean body is the best tasting
Whey Protein: no idea

Some new things on the market that are supposed to work but haven't dabbled yet;

Gakic
The nitric oxide supplements
AMP
etc etc...

Just wondering if any of you had success with any of the above or others that I have ommitted.

Dymatize Elite Whey Protein - Protein shakes are suppose to help you working out, gain strength,built etc. And it definitely worked very well. I find that it worked great in helping you gain some built on your body. I was taking in last summer while working out regularly and i gained about 20lbs before i stopped before xmas. Ppl said i got bigger but really just from skinny to avg. Just about to get back into the gym nowadays. Definitely something i'd continue using. I've tried some other brands of it before but never saw any results at all really.
