SP selection - always a roll of the dice?

I almost used 'a shot in the dark' in the title but have been lurking long enough to know how that would go over...

Anyway I hang at the SCs and enjoy them usually but feel like I would enjoy a nice SP experience better. Problem I have is that I am a heavy guy and I assume that if a woman comes up to me in a club she is ok with it. I would not want to show up for an appointment and have the woman uncomfortable as it would lead to a bad time. In a way the SCs let me choose who to spend time with while knowing she is ok (or can act ok) with my size.

When you are looking for a certain kind of SP or have concerns she would be uncomfortable how do you handle it? I do not even think FS would be necessary per se as I tend to be more of a GFE tender type guy (digits, CBJs would be likely fine).

Any advice on approaching this would be cool. No need to go to 'you are paying for her time who cares how she feels' as I just am not like that I guess.

I'd say if you research it carefully you should not have any problems. There are other big guys on this forum and they describe their visits. Use those as a starting point.

If you're not looking for full service, then you may want to try a Massage Parlour first. It's little less intimate, and those girls have seen it all. And that can be a lot of fun too.

I think your probably worrying for nothing. I'm a larger guy, 6.1, 270 pounds - kind of look like a football lineman. Maybe I'm lucky but never had a bad experience. I have 5-6 SP's I see on a regular basis. From day one, service was amazing and never had an YMMV issues - full passionate service. A few tips -
1) hygiene is important, 2) Dress nicely. I have a custom made wardrobe despite my bigger size, 3) be yourself and don't worry about the weight - if your uncomfortable, you will likely make it awkward for the SP and 4) Use a good agency. I always use Cupids. You can book by e-mail if you don't want to call and let them know about your size concern.

That's it - just go out and enjoy the beautiful ladies.... It's a huge step up from SC.

If your upfront and honest with the SP, she'll be able to tell you if she isn't not comfortable with it. I think most Sp's are comfortable with it and some even like big men. Personally, I do. I can't be the only one. Telling the SP that your overweight shows that your self conscious and vulnerable and a good SP will try to make you feel extra special. I usually have a soft spot for the one's who seem a little self conscious and sensitive. They are usually very polite and very appreciative of any service you give them especially if you give them extra attention.

So don't be ashamed. Everyone has their own preferences and a good SP will know how to treat you right. Just make sure your polite, showered, shaved and your breath smells good before you go there and there shouldn't be a problem.

First rule of hobbying: RESEARCH.

This site, (as well as a few others) are expressly created and maintained for this very reason. Once you done your due diligence, contact the ladies (if indy) you find interesting and start a correspondence with them to figure out if its a good fit.... or, in the case of Agency girls, contact the agency and ask them...

This will almost if not completely rule out the "roll-of-the-dice" aspect you speak of.
