I can't find a link to the story but I heard a SP tweeted a man's name, the street he lives on and his phone number after he removed his condom during sex. I say good for her!

Thoughts?

Was this an SP in the GTA?
Was it a reputable SP?
Did she stop him right away or continue with the session?
Why not just share that information amongst their other peers so no one else sees him rather than outing him?
As stealthing is sexual assault, did she report him to the police?
Would SP's be ok if clients outed SP's for providing unsafe services or unwanted services, B & S ads, or scams?

Removing a condom without consent is akin to assault. So her course of action could have been through LE channels, a hospital, and a rape kit. Would be a fairly straight forward matter to prove, with the DNA. Maybe she did, the police ignored her and this was her last resort? At any rate - without the full story there are way too many unanswered questions to cheer this. EG: There are a lot of assumptions you have to make before you condone this type of tweet. You have to assume that her side of the story is true, that she's not crazy, and that she has no other axe to grind with this particular client. Oh, you also have to assume that she has the correct name and address - as it's not like clients don't ever give fake names to escorts.

This is a whole other thing. We are talking about life and death potential here. What if the dude has AIDS? That is a lot different from a client taking his chances of his own volition with a provider.

She should do both, IMHO. Out the guy and let all other SP's know.

On another board there is talk of this and that it was the owner of an agency, not the lady herself who released his information. I just joined Twitter and try to stay out of the drama so can only go by what I read here and there. I'm so thankful I have the regulars that I do and don't have to deal with this sort of behaviour!

Great response essguy. You communicated both sides of the story with respect.

Agree 100% with you. So many questions that would need to be answered before one can cheer this.
First step would be as Stealthing is considered sexual assault to report this to the police.

Very good response. I think there was another thread that mentioned this and it was the agency that tweeted it. IMO, if dude did it, let the consequences rain down. If he didn't, it's a big problem. I think though that there's little chance the SP is lying - seems kind of a vindictive thing to do and lie about - but that's always a possibility.

I wonder how this works. Do escorts feel comfortable going to the police? And suppose it is reported, isn't it a he said/she said type deal? I think the biggest issue with many instances of rape/assault is that they are difficult to prove - no video, possibly no signs of trauma, etc. A girl walks into the ER with cuts/bruises and lower body trauma, there's definitely a good case to be made. I doubt there is much evidence in this case. That's actually one of the reasons I'm okay with this assuming it's what happened.

Good point. What if she got the wrong name and address? Maybe a few vigilantes decide to go to that person's house and stir up shit or worse send the police?

Good for her exposing him. As an outcall she would know the correct address.
I wonder if he’s a well known terb member?

Right or wrong aside... I think that if she DID expose him in that manner, she could have opened herself to civil litigation.
Any lawyers care to chime in on that?

How did she get his name and address ? Did she have a welcome registar and this idiot put down his real name and address ? Forgetting the intentional removal of the condom (and assuming it didn't rip) which is a stupid dickish move and obvious assault - who would give an SP his name and address with the possibility of blackmail over any number types of disagreement that could occur in the future ?

Even with an SP's consent - BBFS is an extremely stupid health risk that not only jeopardizes you heath but in the event you are in a relationship that of your significant other and her boyfriends.

Apparently it was an outcall and the agency posted the information as the above posts.
Having unprotected sex with someone without their consent is sexual assault. It should be reported to the police.

His own home - obviously he ignored the first advice I was given when I went out on my own ...

'Never shit on your own doorstep'

Any outcalls I was involved in were from motels/hotels.

Is having sex the same as shitting on your doorstep for you?
I feel bad for you.

It was stated that the accused was a regular client. So up until the moment he stealthed, he was considered trustworthy and good for $$$.
