Fellas I'm on my way to the Dominican Republic on Sunday, does anyone know anything about the Sex Trade there? Any info would be great.

Brothels in the Dominican...

are called 'car washes". In front you can wash your car. in the back is the bar/dance floor where you can meet the young(& I mean young) lassies, and in the back of the back are a bunch of cars up in blocks where the young lassies conduct business.

As far as a sex resort. there is one called the Viking Resort near Puerta Plata.

Unless things have changed in the last few years since I went, save your money. You can go to a brothel by asking any taxi driver to take you to a nightclub, but it's USD $150 so you're not saving any money ... and, by the way, the ROOM in the brothel is extra and the condom is extra.

Maybe you have, or can find, local connections to avoid the tourist traps ... but you're probably better advised just to sit in the sun and drink yourself stupid.

God don't bother....enjoy the sun and the rum, skip the so called SPs - not worth it. It's almost as bad as the "dancer" in Cancun.

SPs in POP and in Sosua run approx $20.00 u.s.d. for up to 4 hrs ish and about $30 - $40 for ALL NIGHT.

I was there in october (se my reviews) and am planning a return trip this October. Last year I stayed at Blackbeards
( http://www.blackbeardsadultresort.com/ ) and had a great time, this year am planning on 2 weeks to Sosua.

ALWAYS pay them in D.R. Pesos, and change your cdn money to usd before you leave. The U.S.D is worth about 50 pesos right now!

Have a great time! - I'm sure u will, but note, you cannot take the girls back to an AI resort, if that is where u r planning on staying. Better off to go to the Palace or Blackbeards, $36.00 / night and completely chica friendly!
