I haven’t had a chance to sample any duos in NF. Diamonds is decent, if you can get past the lack of customer service by the booker. Bonnie is a great ride.
Temptations is the same, Freya is fun, but not always available.
If you want a great duo experience, go see Amie James and Leigh Pro in Hamilton. Both as solos are a lot of fun, as a duo it’s porn star level fun.
I’ve seen Leigh a few times, but have connected better with Amie. Seen her for a couple years. They both know their way around a cock and pussy.
Beyond that be careful in Niagara. A lot of scams and drugs here.

Can't say much about the other agencies since I won't deal with them.
