I've been getting these spam emails offering a variety of software at deep discount rates. Has anyone had any experience buying this stuff? Is it a rip off? Is it safe to use credit card on line with them? Do they deliver what they say they deliver?

Sounds like a scam. What software do you need? You can probably download it free with Kazaa.

You will probably get the software but no license code and no key.
without the license code and the key you will not be able to install or activate the application.
