I hate charts with bad legends. Is AUS Australia and AUT Austria? For fuck's sake can't they make it clear.
And I am so glad to see that Denmark is recognizing the key role of the Catholic Church in the success of women in their society.
I'd imagine they did think it AUS/AUT was clear to at least some of their intended audience, which means Googling will get an answer. Kinda like those hateful two letter state and province codes which can be opaque to humans, but meaningful and clear to our cyber-servants.
Y'know, there once was a quaint belief, back in the old-days that servants would make it easier. LOL
Actually I was reading the study and enjoying it, but I don't think that they a) use the olympic codes or b) even use consistent codes. Take for instance chart 5.1 They use AUS, which according to the olympic codes should be Australia. But in the discussion underneath the chart they mention Austria but not Australia. Just a pain in the ass.
