Looking for some help with this, would any of you be able to point me in the right direction I need to get a green belt six sigma accreditation but if you Google it there are countless options.

Seems monumental trying to filter through them Is there anyone that can direct me towards a credible institution.

My goal is to obviously get accredited in the least amount of time

yes there are a ton of providers. Check out Reddit /r/sixsigma for discussions. I recommend ASQ as the most reputable and recognized.

I would suggest when you opt for any of the belt. Try and look for completing your project in different methodology.
I did DMAIC which is very normal but when I converted one of the project into DMADV. All turned out well. Most 6sigma ppl focus on traditional way of project. Try and make your project hydrid. IMO.

I have not been too active with PMI for a few years.
But when I was a gob of the software folks were with or working on Sigma 6.

Not sure if you have been exposed to PMI.
Not a bad group.
Gets everyone talking with a standard vocabulary, and give a rigorous project management model.

You can choose to trivialize stages of the model to suit your needs.
But it is good to know how all stages fit in so you can expand when a more complex project comes along.

Depends on the project. If it’s a new product/process then yes DMADV. But if it’s improving an existing process then DMAIC. I don’t want to give much info here because it’s a hooker review board, but I’ve been doing this since 1989.
