If you have a dissability you get free nooky? thats the stupidest thing Ive ever heard. Maybe the goverment should just pass laws making all incalls wheel chair accessable, all sps have to know how to use sign language and have microphones that hook up to hearingaids so the client can hear them moan durring sex. Or maybe have sps hang around handy capped parking spaces in malls for easy access. Just think how many guys would all of a sudden come up with a dissability for this one. It would be more popular than having a fake handy capped sticker on your car

I don't know why the state should pay for it. Couldn't they learn what they have to know on their own?

I assume they did it with their own money to attract some new customers from a segment of the population that may have been underserved. And the story made newswires around the world and gave them free advertising.

Also interesting that New Zealand decriminalized brothels when they have a female prime minister. Sweden mandates a percentage of females in government (I think maybe 50%), and they made paying for sex completely illegal. I doubt there's much hope for Canada to decriminalize brothels any time soon, particularly with all the people trafficking stories in the news.
