I cant' believe there are European and US schools that have already done this. Why do people feel it necessary to micro manage kids these days? Kids are more resilient than we give credit for. I have the feeling that this so-called expert doesn't have kids of her own? If you're going to ban best friends, you might as well institute arranged friendship.
