Firstly. When a lady asks for a deposit, it doest necessarily mean it's a scam. If she has a professional website, Twitter and a bunch of local reviews. Then I would certainly consider paying one. In this case you need to dig a little deeper and think with the big head not the little head. If you put in the work, you limit the opportunity of being scammed.
My initial take on what you posted as a link. FAKE.... but thats just a matter of opinion.

-Car calls ? is that really who you want to see
