sharing music

hey,
does anyone know any good music sharing sites? you know like audiogalaxy about 6 years ago. the last one i remember was kazaa, and i wasn't too happy with that. there's so much good music out there, it's hard to keep up on it all, i need some help.

I like Limewire and Bit Torrents

I've been sharing files for many years now, i loved kazaa but it had it's issues.

Now the biggest and best way to share files be it music, movies or software is by using torrents

You'll need to get the main program/protocol from
www.bittorrent.com

and then there are a few other clients you can also install to give you more options lie azureus, or uTorrent(i don't trust utorrent)

then you just go to a torrent website, and pick what you'd like to download

because the owner of utorrent made some kind of deal with the RIAA/MPAA then bought utorrent

Actually, who else has had experience with downloading torrents with Limewire? Is it slower than downloading torrents with other software out there?

I used that site all the time. It was great.
It was a early type of torrent site because you needed their client to download music.
Now torrents or newgroups are the way to go because all the bogus files and garbage are filtered out. I never got a phony file using either while Kaza and other p2p are loaded with junk now.
