I'm not sure how, but I found myself in Brockville today and decided to check into this. There is a sign near the road saying "We are open" and if you look close (at least on one side of the sign) you see Allicat Saloon at the bottom. It is located near where the old SC used to be, not in the same complex but a bit to the north (or is it east?), right beside the 3M plant. I pulled in and there is a building at the back of the lot by itself, it has no name on the building but on the awning it says "Live Entertainment". However there was no sign of life.
A note on the door said closed due to electrical problems, which made me wonder if the couldn't pay the bill. It said "open next week" but unsure which week that was posted. Their posted hours are closed Sun & Mon, open at 7pm every other day, open until 1am Tues & Weds, 2am Thurs, Fri & Sat. Name on note says Allicat/ Puzz n Boots
If anyone tries it post here and let us know what you find ...... if they ever re-open.
