[Basically she was sobbing and the neighbor asked what was wrong. She said her stepdad was coming after her, so he sheltered her in his house. While dialing 911, the stepdad then forced his way into the house, and the neighbor confronted him.

Jaylenn claimed that after telling her mother Tiffany about the violence, Tiffany disregarded her and accused her of lying. She made numerous calls to child protective services and the police, but nothing was taken seriously. The boyfriend’s name is Nathaniel Bickel. And could be facing domestic abuse charges. Apparently this guy broke through that families back door(that’s what we see in this video) to get to that little girl. And she runs for the front door. The father in this video had to fight the guy inside and outside the house.”
