I know that it's not as common, but it does happen. Has anyone ever been a victim of sexual harassment by female employees?

Nope.

Worked with a woman who got accused though, although it was bullshit in both my opinion and the companies (this was before I started so I don't know exactly how it went but she got in no trouble that lasted at least). It was known that she was sleeping with one guy at work but shot down another, and the rejected one claimed she was creating a hostile work environment.

Well, have a female coworker who has a thing for me. She was at least 10 years older than me, married (unhappily), smokes like a chimney (ugh), and is a bit off the wall. She'd call me at home all the time (I'd never answer - call display), and tell me how she loved this about me, or loved that. Sometimes, she'd get jealous if I was talking to another female employee and you could tell. One time I was in her office talking to her and told her to check something out on a website. She told me to look it up for her. I clicked on her Explorer tool bar and pulled down the list of the sites she had been visiting and low and behold, at the top of the list was a site that linked to my then GF's work page (my GF had her photo posted as part of her profile.) Now there was no way my coworker would need to be on that site, she knew where my then GF worked and was obviously checking her out. Meow...

She was and is my friend only. I value her friendship, but it ends there.

In today's political-climate in Toronto, the man would STILL be seen as the guilty one.;)

It's been good to know ya
Girls are getting more nerve, funny you bring this up as I was just talking to my 11 year old son last night about similar but I guess you cannot call it sexual harassment. He was telling me this one girl in his class (grade 6) must be hitting puberty or rather is and the only girl in his class I guess to be hitting puberty as she is already getting too chummy with the boys in the class approaching them over friendly like and putting her arms around them when talking etc... My son states she is annoying. (good sign for me however) He still has no interest. :) Sad too for her cause all the boys know she already gets her monthly curse.

I used to be sexually harassed by women at work all the time, but I have stopped dressing so provacatively (I buttoned up my shirt, stopped wearing tight pants, etc) and I am now treated with respect and not just for my body.

Stinky, I havn't, but if you are into that sort of thing check out
http://www.theenglishmansion.com/

They have some vids of guys at work where their female co-workers stripped them, whipped them, stuck dildos up their asses and then jerked them off. That may be considered mild sexual harassment - but its all right by me.

on your girlfriend
All joking aside here, for myself it was a huge pain in the ass. I did everything I could without HR becoming involved, but unfortunately it was not enough. Once HR started, it became a big he said/she said thing, and went on for weeks. Being under the microscope is not pleasant at all, not to mention harassing phone calls at home, a questioning wife, basically a pot of shit I would not wish on anyone.

The was once a VERY high class and VERY expensive Club in London called School Days.

You paid big bucks to be fed and abused by women so you could harken back to the boarding school days.

I wasn't a member, but I had a business associate who frequented the place.

And yes we English are an enigmatic lot.

It can be very annoying.

As far back as I can remember women like to touch me. Doesn't matter where they just have their hands on me. Wish I could stop it.

You may be surprised....

When I was in Grade 6 I was VERY interested in girls. I had started masturbatinng and was always on the look out for Playboy, Penthouse, etc. My mother had some books with sexual content that I was reading - the Massage Book (cheap nudie sketches), Everything you wanted to know about Sex but were afraid to ask, Jacquelyn Suzanne's "Once is not Enough", etc.

In fact, even when I was in Grade 3 I had a severe crush on this particular girl that lasted till Grade 6
