Sexkey ID's legit?

Anyone sign up for these Sexkey ID's?
They say they don't bill your credit card but require all your info. It then goes on to say that you will be billed $3.99 a month unless you cancel.

I used them about 6 years ago for 1 year. They rebilled me automatically without my consent. I cancelled and never rejoined mainly due to the fact that there is so much free stuff out there anyway that you don't need to pay.
