What's the point of posting this?
The guy is going to be arrested and put in jail because of the security footage. The incident happened very quickly. I read the title and thought that he had his pants around his ankles and was going at it for a couple of minutes, while the other customers backed away, perhaps afraid of being splashed. But the incident is relatively minor.
For someone that thinks trans competing against women is perfectly normal and acceptable, I suppose many things that are disturbing would be considered mild or minor for you.
It's a minor example of an "indecent act" charge. The guy's going to get a weekend in jail. Why are you obsessed by it? It's a misdemeanour indecent exposure happening 100's of miles from here.
Go hang around Old City Hall and find major ass rape shit happening in this very city if you want to post about crime.
How many indecent act charges do you think the guy has under his belt? Could be a long history but because of folks like you, who treat his behavior as minor, he's able to repeat it and his actions become more brazen over time.
Why is this so cut and dried for you? Why do you only care what happens in this very city? Not all of us live in the same political and geographic bubble as you.
You have no idea how many sex offence charges this guy has. If he has a record, then he will spend more time in jail than just a weekend. It's not something that I influence. It's something that the cops, the judge and the DA look after.
So whether I call it "minor" - in the great scheme of sex offences - or not, is irrelevant, right? Because other legal system professionals are going to take care of this. Neither you or I are involved in this and neither you nor I have the capacity to influence it. My opinion does not determine what the DA and judge do in this case. Which is why it's so irrelevant on TERB.

Am I the only one who gets a sense that this was staged? Camera work is a little too still for a guy just pulling out his cell phone and the girl from Starbucks just a little too calm.
