However, he is going to be stuck there for quite some time, months perhaps, and his girlfriend visits him regularly. Knowing hyperdog, and with a closer look at the circumstances suggesting the reason for long term hospitalization is so serious that he had to say the guy "will make it", but that he he so horny etc raises my suspicion that this sounds more like a porn inspired fantasy.

Sex in hospitals does happen whether it is between doctors and nurses or with patients. Healthcare providers risk immediate revocation of licence often for life but cases do not arise unless there was a complaint. Obviously in the hospitals there is much morbidity and suffering but in some cases the atmosphere can be highly sexually charge, many of the nurses are very sensual and arousing and things happen.Ur friend is in the wrong hospital.
