A Virginia couple arrested last week in New York for allegedly
having sex in the vestibule of St. Patrick's Cathedral were
heckled and jeered as they emerged from the Manhattan Supreme
Court building yesterday. Brian Florence and Loretta Lynn Harper
had hoped their outrageous stunt would win them a trip to the
Samuel Adams brewery in a contest sponsored by shock radio jocks
Opie and Anthony.

Where do you find these stories? You always seem to find the gems. This one's a winner!

Too bad we don't have that sort of thing happening in Toronto. It would lighten up a relatively boring city for sure.

Imagine the headlines: "Puritanical T.O. Heckle Hedonistic Holy Humpers!" It would be rather fitting seeing as Toronto has the world's largest phalic symbol (CN Tower) and a mechanical diaphram (Skydome) as city landmarks. That in itself is an oxymoron considering our Victorianesque roots.
