I cruise frequently and every time I'm on board this thought goes through my mind - not so much a sex cruise, but a service provider going on a cruise with a number of clients. What a great way to spend those days at sea...

Jurisdiction is the biggest issue I would think...you'd have to get into internatinal waters...which is 200 miles out., once you're in those Int'l waters the captain is in charge ..he is the law!, so if he's good with it no worries, as long as all the fun is completed before they re-enter the 200 mile limit.
