I would like to take this opportunity to dispel the negative perception some members of the board have about EC/Cachet.
For the record, I did have one bad experience a few years ago. However, things change over time, and Cachet has changed for the better.
I received a PM from Danny a few days ago, who went out of his way to make ammends for the poor service I received, even though it was back in 2001. He made me an offer I could not refuse; needless to say, I am very pleased with how everything turned out, and I have no compunctions about putting EC back on my list of Toronto contacts once again.
Danny has demonstrated a sincere attempt to win back past clients through a commitment to customer service/satisfaction.
I believe it is a lesson learned. Do not hesitate to contact an agency directly if you have genuine complaints/grievances. You may be pleasantly surprised at the outcome. I know I was.
