It really is unfortunate that some amazing looking women (based on the pics) start off being represented by Sugar Rush/Lilas/Ottawa Agency etc. - if they went with an established agency with a good rep like T2T or PK they would do a lot better in my opinion. Of course that's assuming they haven't already worked with them, since I don't recognize the pics.
