Service Provider Bill of Rights ?

Is there any support for providers on this board to creat a service provider's bill of rights and post it somewhere on this board, with basic legal principles such as:

1. This is my body and I fully decide what I am going to do with it.
2. I will advertise honestly but if there are circumstances such as a lack of decency, hygiene, safety or respect I reserve the right to modify my service levels. If appropriate and I can do it safely I will communicate to clients why I am not willing to provide my advertised levels of service.
3. I will try to treat you with the uptmost respect and will expect the same from you, but like all of you I am human, and can have a bad day. You will need to be understanding if I am having an off day. I am only human.
4. I am a professional courtesan and in embarking on this career I was attracted by the opportunity to experience others, explore my sexuality and pursue my personal objectives. I would like to think that my encounters with you will allow me to fulfill these goals in the fullest way possible.
5. By putting myself out in the public domain I am assuming certain risks regarding my privacy. I count on you to assist me in preserving my confidentiality and will reciprocate at all times by not doing or saying anything that will affect your anonymity.

It would be interesting to see whether the providers on this board could get together to "enact" such a bill so that when there are disputes on the board the providers and hobbyists could point to the bill of rights. I believe that would settle a lot of the debate on the board and create a common, safe standard for hobbying in the terb region.

I think it would be difficult for the providers to reach consensus around a lot of issues that come up. Doubt any would consider themselves bound by any such proposal. SPing isn't a profession as such - no governing bodies and the like. What if the SP didn't comply?

I don't have a problem with girls having an off day. Just reschedule my appointment or offer a discount. Don't assume that you can charge full price and provide half the service.

I also agree. I know that at my place of employment having a off day isn't an excuse for doing sub-par work. Considering SPs work in the entertainment field, it's even more important to maintain professionalism during a bad day.

It is not just race however. Many men are like period regarding any lady and any service THEY want, regardless of if it is offered or if THEY have hygiene or other issues preventing the lady from doing her job.

The way I see it, a true professional wouldn't see clients if she was having an off day and unable to perform the level of service promised in their advertising.

If you're having a shitty day, which we all have from time to time, don't poison someone elses day, especially someone paying to share your company.
