Okay, for once, a serious question!
I am currently getting back into shape for a competition in 2005. Right now, I am probably in the worst shape of my life - to prove this, over the weekend, I managed to wrench my lower back while lifting and turning with a heavy box.
So now, I can't really move so well, any suggestions for a mpa that could seriously work on my back?????
