With about two decades worth of experience, I am quite accustomed to no kissing with escorts - it was a longstanding standard, something not to expect. However,It seems to have become widespread, both in terms of supply and demand, beginning with the internet (e.g., craigslist and escort review boards), and moreso since mid-2000s in particular.
