right here
I have Adobe Pagemaker, Photoshop, and Illustrator (educational versions) that I want to sell on eBay. My understanding is that as long as I remove the copies from my computer I can legally sell the discs; according to Adobe literature.

I bought these new and still have the serial numbers. Will there be any problems for the buyer to install these on their computers or will they be directed to the Adobe site for one reason or the other (like registering the software).

I have decided to buy an iMac and its seems easier to sell my Windows software and just buy older, Mac versions of the software I need rather than mess with Parallel or Bootcamp.

Thanks.

there is no problem at all. Actually what you are selling is the serial number / the license.

The fact that you sell it means, as you said, that you have to uninstall it from your PC and not use it again.
As far as I know, the new buyer could even install a pirate version and use your serials as long as he bought them.
