I have an idea that might allow people to get around the law. Sell personalized condoms for what the sex cost, and give the sex away for free.

Example Girl X blows guys for $100 bucks, so now she sells a special personalized BJ condom for 100$ and soucked the guys cock for free.

Or in the case of BBBJ or Titty fucks sell flavoured lube.

Price by time instead of act, sell condoms/lube that is only "good" for an half hour or an hour.

So Girl XX usually offers sex for half an hour at say 150$ and an hour for 250$ say. She now sells a condom for 150$ with a discount on a second condomn for another $100.

You can even mix and match. Girl XXX sells sex by the hour, say 300$, but anal costs an extra 50$. Now she sells a condom for 300$ and anal sex lube for 50$. The sex is free the, product costs money.

There is no law against selling lube, condoms, bondage tape, bondage appreal, ect...

So my idea is sell the accssories and provide the sex for free (because free sex is legal, and if that ever changes I moving to another country ;p)

What does everyone think of my idea?

While people might think they're clever by doing this or saying you're paying for time only, or calling it "cuddling", the courts aren't stupid and won't accept that as a defense. Bottom line is that there is an expectation of sex in all these cases.

agreed.

trying the only selling condoms and taking them for a test drive with 'free sex' is the same argument to the courts as trying to claim to the courts that you're only meeting the chick because she's a door to door salesperson that is trying to sell you modern, state of the art revolutionary sex toys and revolutionary state of the art bondage gear and/or black market drugs/guns (which is also illegal) and/or girl scout cookies.

the courts won't buy it.

A lawyer can argue anything with a straight face. Otherwise a Crown Attorney would have the same problem having the cheek to face a judge with a cynically reworded version of many of the same provisions which have just been ruled unconstitutional.

About the "cuddling", my opinion here is no.
