Lol!! This has been so from the very beginning, only it was not permitted to voice it in the polite company. It goes without saying that the mortality numbers suffer from the same bias.

Assuming we can gauge “care” from who’s choosing to cover this story, and its relative importance compared to other daily stories, it appears to be the top story on The Associated Press, New York Times, Reuters, The Guardian, Al Jazeera, Mail & Guardian (South Africa), ABC News (Australia), The Korea Herald, The Japan Times and The Times of India.
It’s within the top 3 stories on Washington Post, Bloomberg, The Economist, Wall Street Journal, BBC, ABC, NBC etc.
Do you suppose it’s really just for all us Canadians reading those publications?
I do see that Fox, Infowars, RT, Breitbart and Newsmax don’t have any stories on their front pages about it.
It’s the 15th story for New York Post, under a story about Steve Jobs’ daughter in a bikini.

There’s been a debate on this reporting since it started to be reported.
Ontario doesn’t separate out people who are in the hospital that have tested positive for COVID but aren’t necessarily being treated (or at-least primarily treated) for COVID, from people in the hospital that have tested positive for COVID and are primarily being treated for COVID.
It’s yet another red herring for the silly billies, meanwhile the rest of us have been paying close attention to the ICU numbers.
It is suspicious, as is much of what Ford does, in that the decision to consider separating these numbers for the sake of transparency and accuracy came at this particular time.
So the next one will be........

You're right, but the "evolving science " about the covid mortality must be released in small doses else the plebs will be demanding the high priests of science to be defrocked and tossed into the closest body of water.
It could be conspiracy theory that this has been going on forever as part of some plot to control the world or just maybe it has something to do with the current massive spread of omicron meaning far more people in the base population are infected.
