Seemingly obsessed guys?

Like many of you, I enjoy following many of the ladies on Twitter. It's neat getting to know them a little while they're "off duty". It's also interesting watching how some of the guys seemed to be utterly obsessed with certain ladies, and book them to a (to me) ridiculous amount.

One of the ladies at Muse (who I have seen a few times, and is an awesome lady) has a couple of guys that regularly book her for HOURS at a time. I recall one comment that suggested that one guy booked her for practically an entire shift. Today, I was booking a session with a girl at Flirt. My preferred time wasn't available and the receptionist mentioned that my girl has a four hour session starting then. Again, a lovely girl, but four hours with anyone in a 9 x 9 room seems a little weird to me. The cost alone makes little sense. How the hell do you order pizza?

I crossed paths in the parking lot at MUSE with one of the guys who books the girl I mentioned there... he appeared to be a blue-collar tradesman complete with pickup truck full of tools and I know from his posts that he is divorced, so it's hard to imagine that spending what must be tens of thousands of dollars a year on "anyone" seems unhealthy to me.

As much as I love some of these ladies, and I would be more than happy to spend hours with them, but I think I would be trying to do it off the clock with dinner and a movie... The owners of these spas must roll out the red-carpet for these guys, but I sincerely doubt that they are giving them much of a discount if anything. I suppose the girl might be, but I doubt it. (If she wants to donate the goods, she might as well meet him at home!)

I won't criticize anyone for spending their money how they want, but this just seems dumb to me!

Well, there's no question some of these guys are pretty obsessed... if you go through some of the Muse girls' twitter feeds, some of the Valentine's Day notes they post from clients are really over the top. But the best MPAs are often really good at cultivating a sense of that kind of GF-like connection. It's kryptonite for lonely people.

That being said, the multi-hour bookings are really a separate issue. The most I've ever booked is 2 hours (for massage with a lady who is 100% within MPA limits), but it is a fantasy of mine to do a four or five hour booking with the same lady. Have a nice, super long shower, take things slow, maybe spend some time edging, massage her for an hour, chat, have a bottle of wine, why not?

Soon as you said that he was a tradesman, I figured that he could afford it.

But yes, I agree with you that many guys on here are indeed obsessed with the hobby. Too much to be healthy. Like all things - in moderation it's ok. I always marvel at the threads where guys brag about how many different women that they have had sex with in a given week only to find out that it was entirely the bought and paid for kind of sex. Conquest bragging rights do not extend to the transactional form of sex (unless you're bragging about how much money you have).

To book a gal for the whole shift takes major coin....at least $2,000 plus tip. TO be spending that kind of money you have to be making some serious coin...not just some guy with a regular job. If a guy makes a million a year and wants to drop $2k on an all day romp then go for it...but if you aren't making that kind of money would be tough to afford the gal. I did a 90 minute session with my regular gal and that is plenty. After that, I would just be paying to talk to her.

Here
I feel sorry for the lady who has to entertain and be nice to these guys for that length of time. Christ I find it hard to be nice to someone for more than ten minutes

Well that's the entrepreneurial spirit folks. I remember an SC back in the late 80's (only table dances back then, no backroom stuff)...and saw a particularly interesting lady, tried to make eye contact and wave her over...she never came over...finally one of the lads went over and asked her and she said that the guy she was doing dances for paid for her for the next 2 hours so she was tied up there, song after song, for this fairly...well, to be kind, - heavy set lad probably not overly successful with the ladies outside the SC. But, the money in hand is worth more than money in someone else's hand, I suppose. She has a business to run.

As much as we hate to admit it sex can become emotional for men too. And thats when these guys get cooked in the wallet.

Some guys do that, I was trying to book someone at Flirt and some guy took her for the whole shift, went out to the restaurant ..came back. But some guys like also talking to them, they like the way they make them feel.

Good point...I think I know which flirt you are talking about. I think one big reason men go to the spa (me included) is that many of us are lonely. This applies to single guys and married guys....the women can quickly figure out our weak spots and then feed our ego to make us feel better. I have been seeing my gal at flirt for over four years...not because she is the hottest one there but because she engages me in intelligent conversation and understands me. Of course she takes care of the business ends of things in a great manner...but its a total package for me.

True - I remember one sp reg who told me - particularly when she'd drift to the US of A on a rare occasion - how many clients just wanted to talk. She slayed me when she said "the money was nice, but ya know...every now and then a gal just wants to get railed" lol...

Long sessions tell me the person is either

a) looking for something other than sex
b) uses drugd like coke where it is hard to cum

beyond 2 hours i think you are getting into a strange head space..... unless you do it as a one off for fantasy.

I think you can brag about how much fun you had or what an amazing time you had, but I guess that's more sharing then bragging.

Bingo, going though a guys penis gets you a nibble of his wallet, go through his heart gets you the whole meal.

Its the kind of thing most hollywood movies about sex work don't discuss.

I agree, guys also look for intimacy not only sexual release, but human contact.

Gettin' Licked
Over the many years of Terb, there have been a few posters who have ruined their lives in this business by being obsessed with the ladies or trying to be "on top" of the business.

I knew a guy in real life in the 90's who destroyed his marriage, his family and stole from his family's business all to impress a coked up stripper. It was pretty sad really.

Like gambling, drinking and drugs I guess it can get away from you.

Guys get all fucked up over beautiful women.

If she wasn't upper end attractive (if one considers the entire spectrum of women out there), he would not be so enamored.

3's don't date 9's (to quote my favourite thespian Dr. Gregory House). So now he goes and pays for it and Mr. 3 is able to get Ms 9 all naked and rubbing his cock and making him feel all horny and he loses his perspective and starts to think he's in love. Dumb ass. He's not in love. He's in lust and doesn't know the difference. Love is a woman who cares whether or not you live or die. Cares that you are well, cares that you are well in spirit and soul and cares enough to look out for you. Love looks past a little junk in the trunk or a bald spot or average looks.

Too many guys start to get obsessed as per the original poster's point and they lose that sense of reality and start to think that the sex worker is also in love. Odds are, she is not. Don't believe me? Just stop paying and see what happens.

The common perception is that the only victims of sex work are the sex workers. Johns are the exploiters, never the other way around.

If that was Joanne at Filmore's, then that was probably me. The best looking woman I've ever seen.

If these ladies are on Twitter, they aren't "off duty". Twitter is just another facet of their marketing.

That said, you can get a better idea of what they are really like as people based on their tweets and tweeting habits (e.g. tweeting 1 or 100 times a day, flame wars with other tweeters, tweeting about their favourite books/pets/food, etc.). Sometimes it reinforces the positive impression, and sometimes you see the emperor in all their 'glory'.
