Seeking programme to convert from .ca to .jpg

Just wondering if there are any decent free Windows programmes out there that can make a .ca to .jpg conversion and that aren't bundled with spyware, malware, etc.

I've noticed that photos of the Toronto Sunshine girls are now in the .ca format.

Actually sunshine girls start at 36B. Long legs help too.

If you do want to download one of their pix, copy it to your hard drive and then you can convert it to .jpg or whatever with Photoshop or a similar program. Or just enjoy the unconverted view.
