Respect is largely gone in our society among many. Some/many treat each other like complete shit. I just keep my head down, don't make eye contact and try to disarm everyone I have to interact with with kindness. If that was me on the video yelling at the TTC driver, my mom would literally beat the shit out of me and then make me do a public apology and quite possibly disown me. My mom is almost 80.

I was on a crowded bus years ago and some idiots keep pulling the line with no intention of getting off. They thought it was a joke. All of a sudden, the bus driver slams on his brakes and the people standing would have been thrown off their feet if we were not packed in like we were. The bus drive then walks to the back of the bus and I just told him that he could have hurt someone doing what he did. I did so in a calm voice. And then the idiots started mouthing off. I don’t think he realized that what he did could have hurt someone and he just went back to his seat and continued driving.

I felt bad for him though and when it was time to get off the bus I went to speak with him and he apologized but said he goes through so much stuff doing his job and he lost it at the moment.

This lady, it seems like she has some personal issues as no normal person goes off like that

See here is the problem, I would have liked to intervene as well but I am a private person. I don't want my face plastered all over SM. Even if it is for being a good samaritan. Being an escort, I don't need a thread popping up on TERB saying "anyone see Jenesis yelled at that guy on the TTC to help the driver?"

I doubt I am the only one who doesn't want to get wrapped up in a viral video.

Understood, and yes 95 % of people would not get involved and should not.
I am the 5 % that would because thats me and I can take care of myself.
If this was a male driver I would not unless he got physical.

Having worked in food retail establishments where pets are not allowed (unless one can prove via documentation, that their animal is a service animal-Health Dept. regulation) , dog owners that do not have the proper documentation , are THE WORST! They will still argue with store staff that they have the right to have their animal in the store. Staff will tell them , "It's Health Dept. regulation, If you want to be served, leave your dog outside, then you will be served". Some will then comply, but the majority will leave the premises , swearing at the staff.

I think the driver went overboard by screaming at the passenger because it could have caused a collision even after the incident. I don't think anyone should be driving after an outburst like that.

That doesn't excuse the passenger's behavior (especially calling her cunt, whore, etc) though. There are assholes like this everywhere, but drivers must put safety above everything else. I don't know how we can train people in public facing jobs to deal with such behavior. It's easy to talk about in a classroom or read about it, but reality is totally different.
