Anybody here have any experience with Scotia iTRADE? Good, bad, horrible?

It is no more complicated than any other online trading platform, familiarize yourself with the system and try not to make too many unnecessary trades. I go medium to long term buy and hold. Like Kevin O. likes to say, get paid to wait.

Used it for years and have no problems generally.

I very recently opened a trading account with them and just talking to their staff I don't get a warm feeling about their competence.

TD Waterhouse has a lot of incompetent staff in their call centre. You ask a simple question and you get 3 different answers if you speak to 3 different reps.
