I'm watching the questions they're asking him at the Ethics Committee and every question they ask him.
Committee: Mr. Schreiber, Can you tell us how many times have you've appealed against your extradition to Germany?
Schreiber: I'm not able to recall the exact number.
Committee: Mr. Schreiber, can you give us an estimate of how many times you've appealed against your extradition to Germany?
Schreiber: My best guess would be 15 to 20 times? I don't know exactly.
Committee: Mr. Schreiber, Can you tell us how many times you appeared before the federal court in regards to your extradition?
Schreiber: I'm not sure of the exact number in my head.
Committee: Mr. Schreiber, can you give us an estimate of how many times you appeared before the federal court in regards to your extradition?
Schreiber: 10, 15 times? I don't exactly remember.
----
Committee: Mr Schreiber, what did Mr. Mulroney say when you handed him over the 100,000 dollars?
Schreiber: He said Thank you very much and he was a very happy man.
----
Committee: Mr. Schreiber. Everything you say is all hearsay. You have no concrete evidence or facts to back up your defense. Everything is all rumours and you have nothing specific. No specific dates. No specific statements. Its all generalization.
Schreiber: I can't help it if everyone speaks out against me. If Mr Harper and Mr Mulroney is against me. I am a fighter. A great fighter. I fight hard on the battlefield. It seems like I'm the only warrior on this battlefield.

Every question they ask this guy, he replies, "I'm not sure" or "I can't recall" or "I don't have my books with me"
This guy isso shady. He has guilt written all over his face. He is looking so bad in front of the Ethics Committee, that all the members are expressing their doubts over this guy. He's all, "I'm the good guy. They're the bad guy" and he's always, "I can't say".
Man. does this make government look bad or what? Its sad to see guys like these taking our taxpayers money and spending it frivilously on personal matters like limo rides instead of taxi rides and 100,000 here and 100,000 there for a little favor here and there.
And students in University are struggling to pay the tuition, coming out of school with 200,000 in debt while this guy spends all the taxpayers money on frivilous things like luxury rides and expensive restaurant dinners and frequent rendeszvous with SP's in hotel rooms when the schools are begging the government to help with funding to lower the tuitions. What does McGuinty say? "Alberta has its oil. Toronto has its schools."
McGuinty is very likely just as rotten and doing the exact same thing that Schreiber is doing. He just didn't get caught. Not to mention Mulroney and Harper are probably using taxpayers money for their own personal means also. There have been a dozen other politicians caught doing this. Who was that female politician who was using taxpayers money to travel all around the world and dining at expensive restaurants, caught a year ago?
Jean Chretien was also caught using taxpayers money for frequent flights all over the world.
There must be hundreds of politicians doing this, in the government right now.
Only thing is, Schreiber was the only one that was caught.
Sad.
