'Twas a fun night. The tunes were decent and as usual the stage show was awesome. Eric Singer did a decent job imitating Peter Chris. He actually played better than the original Cat-Man ever did. The jury is still out on Tommy Thayer. I have a soft spot for Ace Frehley and I recently saw him play live in the US. Newly clean and drug-free Ace sounded amazing when I saw him live. I digress...Let's just say Tommy did a decent imitation.
Gene Simmons never ceases to entertain. Whether he's breathing fire, spitting blood or flying around. Paul Stanley did this gay-mime 'thing'. Love Paul as a front-man, but 'cmon the dude has to be at least bi.
As with all KISS concerts, there was no shortage of eye candy. A splendid night enjoyed by all, even with the out of place WAL MART chants....
