Now he has switched his attitude in threads to be sounding like shilling for leahlay....and he posts a odd thread about a gang bang..that seems to be leahlay....

Look up Shill in the urban dictionary....

Basically it is writing a review that is promoting some one by being paid to do it or the service provider doing it them selves to promote more business....
