Satellite TV to PC

Anybody use one of the websites which offer satellite TV feed to the PC

Too good to be true? Seems like a scam.

Most likely these guys are selling you a list of URLs to other web broadcaster's internet sites.

Anyone remember iCraveTV? It offered a free internet based TV service with only 17 channels until they were sued by just about everyone and shutdown permanently:

Anyone offering such a free service would face the same issues as iCraveTV did.

As a side note, one of the other Canadian Internet TV rebroadcasters involved, JumpTV.com did make the transition to become a commercial IP based TV service:

Note that JumpTV is a regular IP based TV service with legal programming and hence on-going monthly fees.

I could not find much info. The only discussion I got googling was http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?t=260013 in which the consensus is that this is a scam.
