The owners of the property are a LLC limited liability company. The owners my fight the judgement knowing that there may be other cases against them from other tenants in the building. Depending on how the business is structured the plaintiffs in this case may only get a share of the building along with plaintiffs in other cases once mortgage, penalties, taxes, lawyers fees have been paid. The owners of the building may have a holding company that owns many LLCs that own one building each. The $3.5 Million Verdict may turn out to be pennies on the dollar, possibly the legal system may eat it all up.
