Samsung Technician scratches customer's TV to avoid doing repair

The technician has definitely done this before, should be charged with destruction of property and thrown in Jail.

I own a Samsung. Samsung TV's had a problem a few years ago.

I removed the panel which had the condensers. Took the panel to my local electronics store. The owner said to go to Home Hardware and buy 2 replacement condensers. He then replaced the "blown" condensers and the TV has been working fine for the past 8 years.
