Looks like they are predicting bloom May 5-12 this year in High Park.

Even though these crouds can get crazy it is still worth it, if you can find a way around the jams.

Last year I found a nice little place in Mississauga to enjoy this beautiful little frigle flower called Kariya Park http://www.mississauga.ca/portal/residents/kariyapark

Hope you guys find the times with your secret little loves to enjoy her precious moments of transient beauty.

Please share any of your locations in the GTA worth checking out. Much appreciated as each year I wait patiently to enjoy this event.

Here are some photos from last year's Kariya Park conveniently located across spring rolls...

In a world rampant with commercialism, the cherry blossoms are a reminder of what really counts in life and how tenacious it is. Best part of Toronto in the spring

On the road with Willy
I was down the Niagara Parkway today and they were in full icy bloom.
My apricots are already losing petals, plums are having a lingering bloom, peaches are sort of divided by variety.
Blosom Sunday may be a bit of a non event down here.

Ottawa base.
The islands.
There is about 40 trees are so and it's soooo less crowded than high park.
But after spending spring in Japan a few years ago, nothing compare to the thousands and thousands of tree that you can see there
