I just heard about this video and was thinking about looking for it.
Now I'm not sure if I can actually take a peek at it from what I've heard.

It's pretty tame. The quality of the video isn't great, but it's not bad for a cell phone camera.

He's wearing a heavy long coat, standing behind some railing on what is presumably a trap door, and a couple of guys wearing balaclava's hook a noose around his neck. The crowd in the room (mostly unseen) seem to chat with him a bit, and I swear that Saddam smiles when he says a few words back...but that could just be my imagination. Creepy.

Then, after some sort of mass chanting from the crowd, there's a bang and you can see Saddam dropping but the picture goes black. There's a lot of yelling, and eventually then our cellphone cameraman gets up close to the face of Saddam. Saddam is looking straight up with dead eyes, the noose pulling tight against his neck.

It looks like other people are taking flash photographs of Saddam's dead face as well, you can see the flash going off on the cell phone video.

But that's about it. Considering the number of people that are to believed to have died under his orders, one might even think the hanging was too civil, if death can be civil.
