Sabrina's ad has photos with Leolist signs in it. These are necessary for Leolist to "verify" that the ad was place by the person in the ad. You know the as is verified because there's a pink banner above the photos stating this. My view is it's unlikely someone would post an ad with Leolist signs but not complete verification.

Verification isn't a 100% but it gives a good amount of confidence that the person you meet is the person in the photos. Verification doesn't indicate quality of service at all.
