+1 , I remember going to "Fresh" club before it becoming RPM, the music scene was awesome- post punk-new wave era!

Also frequented "The Diamond", "Big Bop", "Nuts and Bolts" , "Copa"....
80's music rules!!

I miss those days. I was a reg on Thurs and still have my Disco Night free entry button.. I first started to party there back when it was called Club Fresh. I was 17 and used my 19 year old brothers id to get in. There was this beautiful light skinned go-go dancer there that was so hot I would just stare at her dancing on the platform for 15+mins. She was an angel and man could she dance. I never met her so I don't know her name. I shoulda talked to her now that I look back but I was too in aw of her to approach her.

Forget the name of the club on Yonge Street but it had some of the first topless go-go dancers!

Yes pimps and their ho's use to hand out there. They played good music there and the crowd was cool.

RPM - Disco Thurs (I never missed one Thurs there)
Still Life - Sat's
Copa - Wed's
Diamond - Wed's
Twilight Zone - Sat's after hours 1am-7am House crowd (was a reg there)
Club Z - Fri & Sat

Yes Larry's Hideaway,Gas Works. Metallica,Rush,April Wine all played there before they made it big.
