I've noticed that when an extra service is more than half the price of admission, it's because either
a) they don't like to do it but fell obligated to offer in case someone really wants to pay for it
b) they are incredibly gifted in the art and don't want to give it away to everyone just because it's available.
Anyone who excels at a skill in any career, is usually very vocal and forthcoming about it. They are sure that everyone knows and gets off on showing others.
For Rosario, I wasn't looking for greek. I don't normally want that. Especially not on a first experience. I much prefer to try the chef's specialty to have the best sampling of a menu.
I also don't like to reach out to a SP unless I have full intentions of booking with them. They get enough random messages that waste their time.
That's why this board is so important to me to research first.
Still interested in hearing of any firsthand experiences.
BTW, speaking of bragging about skills that they Excel at, I'm a freak in the sheets in case anyone needs help with formulas.
Yes, it’s a $100 upcharge for Greek. She mentioned no cim but cof was available. Might be a ymmv situation.
