Had an appointment with Rosalie yesterday but she had checked out. When I got home an e-mail was waiting for me from Maxine of I-N, saying that she had to return to Montreal early due to personal problems.

For compensatiion she said it is their policy to offer a 50% discount if an appointment is made and confirmed, but due to reasons beyond their control can't be kept. That to me is a class agency which is honourable and provides 1st class customer service. They're not cheap, but all their girls are the creame de la creme (they make me cream too) and with customer service like that you get what you pay for. I have an appointment to see Arianne on Mon so will let you know how that goes.

When I look at their website I feel like a kid in a candy store, I want one of those and one of those....

Correction - I said 50% discount, should have been $50. Obviously a big difference, but it's as much the principle of offering compensation for time lost, which others never consider doing.

Business policy

From what I'm seeing, I-N and Maxine seem to have a very good buisness policy/practice based on customer satisfaction/service. Would you buy a new car for $25,000 and be done with the dealership when you drive off the lot ? Or would you pay $27,000 knowing should anything happen they'll respond to keep you as a customer ? Same philosophy I think, pay a little extra and give yourself piece of mind. As long as they continue to deliver, I'll continue to pay. But right now I'm still standing on the outside with my face pressed against the window waiting for the new models to arrive !
Some may agree, some may not...just my thoughts.
