What's up with the Rogers Internet stick commercial?

Who the heck surfs the internet on their notebook while out on the lake in a fishing boat?, who surfs their notebook on a TTC bus? and who surfs the internet while on a rollar coaster ride at the CNE?, lol.

Do people need to constantly be online EVERYWHERE they go?

I take my work with me everywhere. Some days I just want to be able to sit outside on a patio somewhere and work and not worry if they have wi-fi or not.

I could see realtors needing instant access... with high gas $$, it makes sense to be able to log onto their trebnet system and process offers or other sales contracts.

and it it's useful for them, it's useful for many reasons.

Works well around town.
I speedtested it the other day ...low end was 1.5Mbps and highest was 5.5Mbps. More than sufficient for good browsing speeds.
